Custom Orders: Non-refundable and non-returnable (since they are made specifically for you).
Ready-to-Ship: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original condition, and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be issued once item is received back.
Damaged or Defective items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll either replace the item or issue a refund.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchages at this time due to the handmade nature of our products.
